In Feb 2020, Team FeroHeat completed revamping and refurbishment of 8m x 1.8m x 2m- 180KW furnace.

Our customer was one of the largest multinational powder metallurgy in India, located in Bengaluru, India. The furnace is a continuous tungsten sintering process.

Vacuum formed Ceramic Boards FHL-VAC™ & High emissivity coat named as FHL™-Emiglaze at high mass areas was used to arrest the heat within the chamber.

We had sought feedback from the manufacturing unit, and the results were very satisfactory and encouraging.
